At Hatzi Woodworks, LLC, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because our products are individually crafted, often featuring unique wood grains, natural characteristics, and one-of-a-kind designs, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect purchases, except where required by applicable law.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and details before completing their purchase.
Natural Wood Variations

Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, knots, and patterns are inherent characteristics of genuine wood and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in inspecting and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution. Any remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws remain available regardless of our final sale policy.
Custom Orders & Commissions
All custom-made, personalized, and commissioned pieces are final sale.
Because these creations are specifically designed and handcrafted to meet individual customer requests, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for changes in preference once purchased, except as required by law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, dimensions, design details, and personalization information before production begins.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production or order processing has begun.
Cancellation requests submitted before processing begins may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's dimensions, weight, and delivery destination.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the shipping carrier. Hatzi Woodworks is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
